President
Nilou is the president of Avenir Consulting Solutions. She is originally from Shiraz, Iran, and grew up on the East Coast. She attended George Mason University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law. She then decided to pursue a career path in sales and marketing. Nilou advocates for personal and professional development and loves to develop those around her.
In her free time, Nilou enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her mission is to empower individuals to reach their highest potential, positively impacting their lives.
Senior Account Manager
Corey grew up in Pasadena Maryland attended Salisbury University and graduated with a Bachelor's in Sociology, onwards he went to UMBC for graduate school and graduated with a Master's in Applied Sociology. He joined Avenir Consulting Solutions because of the opportunity to grow within the organization and run his own business shortly.
Senior Account Manager
Born and raised in Utah, McKayla has always been driven by her values of continuous learning and helping others with their personal growth. As long as she can remember, she wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to combine her love for people with her desire to make a meaningful impact, which led her to earn her Bachelor’s degrees in Human Nutrition and Spanish from Southern Utah University, followed by a Master’s in Public Health from Utah State University. After completing her studies, she began her career in health and technology, focusing on data analytics and project management. This diverse background has equipped her with the skills and insights needed to thrive when she transitioned into sales and marketing. Now with Avenir Consulting Solutions, she thrives on building strong, authentic relationships and working with people eager to grow personally and professionally. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and trying new recipes. She is excited about the future, with plans to continue expanding her skills and making a lasting impact in every role she takes on.
